Yes. Just send us your design, drawing or picture for reference and tell us your idea and request, then we will do everything for you here.
Q3. What about the warranty?
We offer 2-3 years warranty for our common producrts. For customized products, we offer 5 years warranty.
Q4. Is the sample fee refundable?
Normally, samples fee will be charged. When the order is big enough, the sample fee will be refuned when production is confirmed.
Q5. What is the lead time?
Normally 1-15 days after payment is done.
Q6. What about the plug?
We will match the right plug for different country or market.
Q7. Is there hanging or mounting holes?
Yes, there are mounting holes for hanging or wall installation. Also the size and location of holes can be left as exact requirement

For sample and small trial orders, 100% advanced payment before production with short production time.
30% advanced payment before production and 70% balance paid by T/T before shipment for bulk orders.
